We offer our customers the option to return all unwashed and unworn merchandise with the original hangtags attached.
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date.

For all returns, please email customer@isabelbenenato.com with your order number and we willarrange a courier pick-up.

Mind that following the return and refound request you’ll be receiving a refound with a fee detraction of 10€ from your original payment order.

Please note that returns without proper documentation, packaging and/or materials cannot be processed.

Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and up to 10 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

In addition, if we reasonably determine that a product that might otherwise be eligible for return was ordered through robot or other automatic device or software, we reserve the right, to refuse any of such return request.
